Make sure your Reflectors are happy.

If they're not, you're not going to be either because they are merely reflecting back at you how you are.

How do you make a Reflector happy?

Simple. Be in a good high vibe place yourself. They take in your happiness, health and general well being and reflect it back at you...amplified.

And of course if you're not doing so well, they reflect that back at you too.

Reflectors make up only 1% of the population.

You may not know who the Reflectors are in your life. But you'll know one or some for sure.
Keep running those charts of family & friends and you'll get the most amazing delightful surprise when you find your Reflector Unicorns.

They are delicate, strong, wise, sparkly, luminescent people.

P.S. When you find out who they are you won't really be surprised.

Projector's are the most magical, wise, incredible

Projector's are the most magical, wise, incredible people.

But you need to invite them...into friendship, into relationship, into work, career, job opportunities, into living arrangements, into travel opportunities...into your life.

They need to be recognised by those for whom they are for.

And Projectors are not FOR everyone.
They are for who they are for.

If you feel like a Projector is for you, invite them into your life.

Let them know they are for you.

And remember, they DON'T have access to sustainable physical energy.

But inviting them into things will give them energy if they accept your invitation.

Every one needs a Projector or 3 in their life.

Manifestors make up only around 9% of the population. But they don't hide their light.

At least not if they are in alignment with their strategy.

You usually know they're there.

They know what they want and it's a great idea to let them go about getting it. Especially if they've told you what it is they're doing.

They are the ONLY type who don't have to wait to take action.

They just need to feel right in their body to take action depending on their authority.

Manifestors are like fire crackers going off.

And if you don't let them do their thing; if you get in their way, they're like fire crackers going off in a jar. 🧨

And we don't want to see that do we!

We're being energetically pushed and pulled and squeezed and challenged in all directions.

We're being upgraded.

We're being dragged kicking and screaming in some cases, into a higher dimensional version of ourselves.

And it mostly aint pretty.

Unless we can stand back and observe and remember that we, each and every one of us, signed up to be right here, right now.

And then...we notice... just how beautiful it all is.

And what an incredible privilege it is to be alive here right now to witness this once in forever event that is taking place.

So privileged.

Human Design is deep.

If you want to "learn" Human Design, there are so many layers to it. So many rabbit holes to dive down.
Human Design is multi dimensional.
It's constructed from the quantum and the esoteric, the modern and the ancient, the practical and the surreal.
It's immense. It is its own philosophy.

You can study it for years and still be regularly uncovering new pieces. I think perhaps Ra's legacy likes it that way.
I do too to be honest, being designed the way I am.

The thing is though, that you can easily get lost in all that information and not get the real gift of Human Design.

The most beautiful and usable expression of Human Design is the one that shows you the extraordinary artistry and magical truth of who YOU are.

That's the one I like to teach.

I also teach the other stuff! It's beautiful in it's own right too.

But for me, first and foremost, it's about showing you that you have it all already...the strength and knowledge and wisdom and skills that you need to live the life you truly want and came here to live. And then showing you how to uncover it.

I've just written a post for findyournaturalgroove.com on Emotionally defined kids.

These kids are the roller coaster kids.

They have emotional highs and lows.

Up and down. Up and down. Up and down.

They have their own emotional wave. They’re not trying to get under your skin when their mood is low.

It’s who they are and where their emotional vibrational frequency is at that moment.

Sometimes they’ll be high, sometimes they’ll be low and for most little people, most of the time, they’ll be somewhere in the middle.

This of course, is the case for big emotionally defined people too.

They're broadcasting their emotional wave out continuously

Anyone in the house who is emotionally UNdefined, will RECEIVE their emotions based on where the emotionally defined housemates are on their wave…AMPLIFIED!

There are so many myths around meditation. Like:

There are so many myths around meditation.

Like:

❤You need to meditate for a certain amount of time

➡️Uh uh...You can meditate for 2 minutes or 2 hours. Or longer.

🧡You need to be in a certain place when you meditate

➡️In many cases, wherever you are will do. On a train, outside, in bed, in your specifically designed meditation room, in a café. As long as you can get your mind in the right place, do it where it feels right.

💛You should meditate at the same time everyday

➡️Please mediate when you can. Unless you have the 5 in your Human Design chart. If you have the 5 then mediation at the same time everyday can be very anchoring for you.

💚You should mediate in silence

➡️You can listen to guided meditations, solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats - (YouTube has 100's of options on each of these). Or meditate in silence.

💙You must be in a certain position to meditate

➡️This is where I can get prescriptive. Any position will do as long as you don't have a defined Head and Ajna in your Human Design. If you do have a defined Head and Ajna, you may find it difficult to mediate in an upright position - try lying down. But otherwise, you do NOT have to hold a lotus pose (If you can, good luck to you! I'm envious! #shortlegs) or sit on a velvet pillow or a barbed wire mat!
Be comfortable though!

There can be some snobbery around meditation and doing it "right". But most of it's rubbish.
Meditation is about turning off your brain. Allowing it to rest. Letting it rewire. Bringing in fresh perspectives, quite magically, because you are giving it space.

It can help with Creativity, Handling Stress, Study, Processing Emotions, Anxious feelings, Depression, Memory Improvement, Creating New Habits (and loosing Old ones!) and much more.

One thing that helps, is to focus on your body not your head when meditating. Think about your breathing. This will help you relax quickly. It shuts off the fight or flight response and allows your body to feel safe.

Check out my video on YouTube (link in bio) called "27 Breaths". It's a meditation in 3 minutes. It's also a great lead in to a more effective longer meditation.
