Manifestors...you need to inform before taking act

Manifestors...you need to inform before taking action.
Informing is all about getting people on board.
As a Manifestor (ManGens too!) when you inform those who will be affected by your decisions of what it is that you are about to do, they come on board with you. At the very least, they get out of your way.
It's not about you asking for permission.
You have the ability to "just do" what is correct for you without asking for permission provided you use your strategy and authority...but, to make the process flow smoothly without ruffling feathers or upsetting others, you need to get people onboard with your energy.
Informing is how you do this. Informing is your onboarding process. It's about familiarising others with what is about to happen so that your energies are in alignment.

Make sure your Reflectors are happy.
If they're not, you're not going to be either because they are merely reflecting back at you how you are.
How do you make a Reflector happy?
Simple. Be in a good high vibe place yourself. They take in your happiness, health and general well being and reflect it back at you...amplified.
And of course if you're not doing so well, they reflect that back at you too.
Reflectors make up only 1% of the population.
You may not know who the Reflectors are in your life. They are delicate, strong, sparkly people.
When you find out who they are you won't really be surprised.

Manifesting generators can feel like they're not g

Manifesting generators can feel like they're not giving enough of themselves to all the things they want to do.
They can sometimes feel overwhelmed by ALL of the things they have on the go and feel like they're not doing anything well.
They usually WANT to do ALL of the things.
And that's ok, that's who they are.
But they CAN'T give 100% to ALL of the things ALL at once.
Generators can.
Manifesting Generators can't.
Be ok with that.
Know that Generators are designed to do one thing at a time.
To give it their all if that's what they want to do.
Manifesting Generators are designed to have many things on the go at the same time.
If you've used your MG strategy and your authority correctly, it will get done.
Eventually.
And a whole lot of other things will have gotten done

Projector's are the most magical, wise, incredible

Projector's are the most magical, wise, incredible people.
But you need to invite them...into friendship, into relationship, into work, career, job opportunities, into living arrangements, into travel opportunities...into your life.
They need to be recognised by those for whom they are for.
And Projectors are not FOR everyone.
They are for who they are for.
If you feel like a Projector is for you, invite them into your life.
Let them know they are for you.
And remember, they DON'T have access to sustainable physical energy.
But inviting them into things will give them energy if they accept your invitation.
Every one needs a Projector or 3 in their life.

On Human Design Generator types.
70% of the world's population are Generator types.
Generator types aren't here to mindlessly slave away for others doing work they don't enjoy.
They're here to be lit up by what they put their energy towards...
❣And if you want to get really technical, get good at it! (It's called Gaining Mastery!)❣
Sure, Generator types can fake their way through the wrong work unlike the other types.
But this can lead to multiple episodes of burnout and potential chronic health problems, and certainly, a life NOT lived to its fullest potential!
To be enthusiastic, productive and healthy over time they have to be doing the right work.
Ask your Sacral today..."am I doing the right work?"

Manifestors make up only around 10% of the population. But they don't hide their light.
At least not if they are in alignment with their strategy.
You usually know they're there.
They know what they want and it's a great idea to let them go about getting it. Especially if they've told you what it is they're doing.
They are the ONLY type who don't have to wait to take action.
They just need to feel right in their body to take action depending on their authority.
Manifestors are like fire crackers going off.
And if you don't let them do their thing; if you get in their way, they're like fire crackers going off in a jar. 🧨
And we don't want to see that do we!

There is something about a Reflector's energy that is delicate, shimmery and yet incredibly resilient... like the silk of a high up spiders web.
99% of us are Solar beings...the energy that makes us who we are comes to us mainly via the Suns imprint on the neutrino stream - the stream of cosmic information that makes us who we are.
1% of us are Lunar beings - the Reflectors. Reflectors are a lunar reflection of the Suns programming. Sampling, amplifying and reflecting our energy back at us.
If you know a Reflector (and you will), bask in their glow(and they do glow!).

Ever felt Frangry?
Frustration and Anger (perhaps you weren't thinking the f was for frustration 😉). What we lovingly call the not self themes or not self emotions of the Manifesting Generator.
If you happen to experience either Frustration or Anger or both, it's just a signal that you need to realign somewhere in your life.
It's a sign that somewhere you are not following your strategy. Perhaps trying to make things happen instead of waiting for things to show up to respond to. Or perhaps you forgot to inform.
These things will make you frangry! Or others frangry with you!

On Human Design
Go on... go through that door.
Or is fear holding you back?
Many of us experience fear in some way, shape or form.
Fear can be very healthy. It can, when experienced at certain times, quite literally keep us alive.
And sometimes fear can keep us stuck! Sometimes it can keep us from pushing forward or opening the door EVEN THOUGH our Human Design strategy and authority has told us is right for us.
Human Design shows us that there are particular fears that can show up when you have certain gates defined in your human design chart.
Even though illogical or irrational, they express themselves as a means for keeping us safe.
These fears are
💎A fear that you don't know enough.
💎A fear of the future
💎A fear of the past
💎A fear of failing your responsibilities
💎A fear that you will fail in business
💎A fear that life is simply not worth living
💎A fear that what you're about to do won't be worth it and
💎A fear that it will never be perfect
These fears are primal; survival based, and having them is really all about trying to keep us safe.
But often we find they actually prevent us from moving forward with our lives.
In this day and age it really is a case of recognising them and pushing through them.

How would it have felt to have been completely understood as a child?
What difference would it have made to your life as an adult?
How would it have felt to know that you were seen for who you were, for why you did what you did, for why you said what you said, for why you learnt the way you learnt?
How would it have felt to have been encouraged from the time you could communicate, to make decisions in your special way that were just right for you? And to be allowed to honour those decisions?
Perhaps this was the case for you. I hope so.
I had by most people's standards, a wonderful childhood with parents who set me free pretty much. And I did feel seen by them.
And yet, society still had it's way with me. Convincing me in it's stealthy way that I needed to be, do or have something I wasn't.
It's taken me many many years to work this out. Perhaps more than half a life time.
Of course everything is perfect. Life for me has worked out the way it was supposed to. I truly believe that.
It's those bumps and slips and stalls along the way that have bought me to this place today.
This place where you are too.
Human Design can show you who you are and it can show you who your little ones are too.

Everyone should have a projector or 5 in their life. I certainly do.
Your Projectors will be people who's energy resonates with yours. People you feel compelled to invite into your life to work with, play with, learn with, love with, do life with. People whom you truly, deeply recognise.
Their innate ability to solve problems for others along with their incredible wisdom and way of looking at things, make them capable of adding a richness and depth to your life that is rare and special.
If a Projector is for, you you will sense it. You'll know they're for you. You'll feel it in their energy.
Do yourself a favour and invite them into your life.
They need you to!
And they need you too!
