Natural Guides and Leaders
Projectors make up only 23% of humanity.
They are here to guide, manage and direct everyone else. They are here to lead us into our beautiful future.
They do this correctly on invitation.
Projectors need to be invited into the big things in life. Like relationships, friendships, careers, making money, travel and living arrangements.
Because they don’t have a defined Sacral Energy Centre, Projectors don’t have sustainable energy. They don’t have energy to initate action, to make things happen, to plough on through. That is, unless they have been invited into something and it feels correct to them.
If you’re a Projector, you’ll probably know all about the energy piece!
If we were to imagine Projectors in an ideal world, one of the images we might conjure up is that of the wise sage sitting on the purple velvet cushion in an ashram with devotees coming from near and far to seek their advice.
Here to know others, not to know themselves.
Innately wise about things going on outside of them and with their probing auras that “reach” into other’s energy fields, Projectors are here to know others, not themselves.
They get to know their own needs by using their authority (more on that in a future post) and by talking things through with people they trust*.
Lack of Sustainable Energy
As mentioned already, Projectors, with their undefined (white) Sacral Energy Centres, don’t have access to sustainable energy. They only have energy available in short bursts.
If Projectors continue to push themselves beyond their physical or energetic capacity, they will burnout.
We see this a lot these days. Projector burnout is a scourge of our time.
Consider this truth – upwards of 20% of our population working in a way they are simply not designed to work! Exhausting themselves, potentially hurting themselves and not realising and achieving their true potential in the process.
Because Projectors can be so clever and so efficient, the corporate world tends to gobble them up. Straight out of school or college or university, it pushes them and promotes them and has them working long long hours, way outside of what is sustainable for them. By the time they get to about 35 (sometimes earlier, occassionally later), that’s it. Game over! They’re burnt-out on the couch or have found themselves with an auto-immune condition and can’t understand why. The recovery process from this point can be long and painful.
This is why it’s vital that you know if you are a Projector. If you are a Projector it’s also vital that others know you’re a Projector. And on top of that, we need everyone to get to know who the Projectors are in their lives. So that we can work together to ensure that energy is being used correctly and people aren’t being (unknowingly) abused and taken advantage of.
Unfortunately, society in general still doesn’t know that Projectors exist. It doesn’t realise that only 70% of people actually have access to sustainable energy to work a J.O.B., a 40 hour work week (Hah! does such a thing exist for most people anyway?) Society doesn’t realise that if it nurtures it’s Projectors and their energy, they will be SO much more productive. It doesn’t realise that a Projector who is allowed to use their energy appropriatly will bring exactly what is needed with ease, flow and grace – and quickly because Projectors can be quicker and more efficient than any type because of this innate knowing of things outside of them. Projectors can often do more in 2 hours than a Generator type can do in 8 hours – but society doesn’t realise this.
Know who your Projectors are.
If you know a Projector (you will!), and you know they are “for” you, then you need to protect and honour them. Importantly, you need to RECOGNISE them for their incredible gifts and potential. Use their wise counsel. It’s there for you!
I for one, have a few dear Projector friends that I call on when I need to be enlightened. They always have some incredible wisdom or guidance for me. And they’re for me. I have recognised them and they can give me advice or counsel whenever they feel called.
Not FOR everyone
An important reality for Projectors to come to terms with is that they are not going to be everyone’s cup of tea. They are not for everyone. It’s just a fact. And it’s ok!
Projectors are not here to be for everyone. They are here to be for certain people and those people will recognise their Projectors during their lives and they’ll invite them when they have the need, to live with, love with, play with, do business with.
If you’re a Projector, please be comfortable with the fact that some people just don’t get you. They never will. And that’s ok!
*The Projector Circle of Trust!
Projectors need people to talk out their issues with. They need to talk through their thoughts, what’s going on for them, their invitations and what to do with them.
This is because Projectors are not here to know themselves but, they can see themselves Projected back through others.
They need a group of people they trust. This group of trusted others might contain people who are: wise, intellectual (or not), older (or younger – no rules here), related, best friends, old friends, wise friends, mentors.
If as a Projector, you have 4 or 5 people in your life that meet this description, you’re decision making and understanding of self becomes a lot clearer and easier.
It’s important for these wonderful people in your life to understand that while it looks like they are giving you advice, what they are actually doing is allowing you to see your truth. It’s important for them to understand that you might do exactly the opposite of what they tell you to do. It’s not personal. In talking things through with you, they’ve helped you immensely in being your sounding board. You see your truth reflected back at you through their words.
But do let them know what’s going on. Especially if you’re not always taking their advice.
Know when to say no
Just because you finally receive an invitation, doesn’t mean that you have to accept it. If you’re not immediately sure, talk it through with one or more of your trusted others and you will hear whether it’s good for you reflected back at you in their words.
If you’re Emotionally defined, you’ll need time to wait through your Emotional wave before you arrive at the clarity you need to decide what to do with the invitation, even after talking it through.
But don’t, under any circumstances accept an invitation that doesn’t feel right after running it past your authority and your circle of trust!
It’ll only burn you out!
Invitation expiration dates
Another important thing to know as a Projector is that sometimes an invitation has an expiry date. You may not be expecting it but sometimes the energy of the invitation runs out. When you and the other have got what was needed from the situation, it’s time to finish.
You’ll feel it when it’s no longer there. There is no energy left.
It’s ok. But do check your commitments. Staying will burn you out!
The Projector strategy is…
To wait for the invitation.
Most of Humanity need to wait for something before taking action. Generator types need to wait for something to respond too. Reflectors need wait a month! Even Emotionally defined Manifestors need to wait until they’ve gone through their emotional wave!
If you’re a Projector, think back to all of the successes you’ve had in your life. All the times when life was easy and you had energy and vitality. You’ll be able to identify an invitation of some sort at the start of the process.
You need invitations to the big things in life; to love, relationships, marriage and friendship, to work, career and money making, travel and living arrangements.
Unfortunately you don’t need an invitation to do the laundry or to cook dinner!
Projectors are here to be wise about others – those other people that will recognise and invite them if they sit quietly and wait. Those people for whom they are for.
It’s in your waiting patiently to be recognised that those who need you find you. They find your beautiful Projector energy and KNOW that YOU have the answers for them. That’s when the invitation comes.
Projector Kids
If you are the parent of a Projector child the most valuable thing you can do for them is teach them to wait to be recognised. It might sound old school – a bit like “children should be seen and not heard”, but having a natural understanding of this concept will make their lives as adult Projectors so much easier.
Maintain a High Vibe state!
Tom Petty used to say, the waiting is the hardest part. But…it needn’t be. Once you embrace the fact that you are a Projector and relax into it, your job is to get yourself into a high vibrational state so that you attract those people to you that need you.
How do you do this?
By following your bliss.
By doing things that light you up.
How lovely does that sound?
All the while patiently waiting.
Be a good Projector.
Wait for the invitation.
